Ordering and Shipping Details:
- We ship via USPS and charge the postage fees we pay with no markups or handling charges.
- We currently ship only within the USA.
- Postage will be calculated on the check-out page, but see below for general cost guidelines.
- An Envelope ($2.85) can be used for small and light items (e.g. one Okonomiyaki Kit, or just toppings)
- A Small Flat Rate Box ($5.00) will hold the Basic Okonomiyaki Bundle or some small items.
- A Medium Flat Rate Box ($10.50) is required for flour, or large sauces, and will hold any of the bundles.
- A Large Flat Rate Box ($14.20) is only necessary for very large orders.
- Sometimes we can fit your items in a smaller package, in which case we'll refund you the postage savings.
- If you order the Complete bundle and prefer the larger Katsuboshi flakes, just mention it in the check-out comments field.
- We ship items within a business day of receiving your order, if there's an issue we'll contact you.
